How to delete an account in the mobile app?

To delete your account:

1. Log in to your profile in the VILED mobile app
2. Go to the “Profile” tab
3. Select “App Settings”
4. Tap “Delete Account” 

How to delete an account on the website?

To delete your account:

1. Log in to your profile on the VILED website
2. Click the user icon in the upper right corner
3. From the dropdown menu, select “Personal data”
4. Click “Delete Account”

Please note that deleting your account will result in the loss of your order history, favorite items, items in your cart, and accumulated loyalty bonuses.
