Stars Club is a loyalty program that allows its members to earn bonuses and receive additional privileges when making purchases.

To become a member of the loyalty program, you must:

• complete the registration form;
• make your first purchase.

How Stars Club bonuses work

Bonus accrual and redemption

• 1 bonus = 1 tenge
• Bonuses are accrued and redeemed only via the mobile application and in brand boutiques.
• Bonuses are accrued only for full-price items.
• Bonuses are credited on the 15th day after the order is received.
• Bonuses can be used to pay up to 50% of the product price.

Bonuses are not accrued or redeemed:

• for discounted or promotional items;
• when paying for an order with gift certificates;
• if an order is canceled at the customer’s initiative (item did not fit or was not liked):
• redeemed bonuses are forfeited;
• bonuses are not accrued for the canceled order.

Stars Club statuses

• Membership status is confirmed once per year upon reaching the required purchase amount.
• If the status is not confirmed, it is downgraded by one level.
• The Star status remains unchanged and is not downgraded.
