THE TRUTH ABOUT ROSEMARY

But international trichologists weren't satisfied with this Iranian miracle, and seven years later, they decided to repeat the study and expand the clinical trials. New studies from 2023 and 2024 indicate that rosemary extract does stimulate microcirculation and influence hair follicle activity. In experiments, beauty products containing 1% rosemary oil even showed better results than minoxidil! And clinical reviews from 2025 include rosemary among the most promising natural ingredients capable of supporting intensive hair growth.

What is the magic of rosemary specifically?

Rosemary extract and its essential oil contain components (specifically, carnosic acid) that dilate small blood vessels and improve blood flow. When blood flow to the follicles increases, the hair roots receive more oxygen and nutrients. Rosemary is rich in powerful antioxidants (rosmarinic acid, carnosol). This reduces inflammation at the hair roots and decreases cell damage from reactive oxygen species. Rosemary inhibits the growth of fungi and bacteria associated with dandruff and other irritations. A healthy scalp is key to hair density.

THE MYTH OF ROSEMARY

TikTok users were instantly captivated by the aromatic super-ingredient! But they romanticized the story too much. And so, they began suggesting that people make their own miraculous head infusions: boil rosemary water, bottle homemade sprays, and all sorts of infusions.
